ACMI (Wet Lease)
The ACMI model — Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance — is a turnkey solution ideal for airlines seeking immediate capacity without the administrative burden. The lessor provides a fully equipped aircraft along with flight and cabin crew, maintenance, and insurance, while the lessee handles fuel, airport fees, and operational costs.
ACMI Damp Lease
The Damp Lease offers a middle ground between Wet and Dry leasing. It includes the aircraft, maintenance, insurance, and partial crew (typically cockpit crew only), allowing the lessee to provide its own cabin crew. This option ensures cost efficiency while maintaining brand consistency and service standards.
Dry Lease
Under a Dry Lease, only the aircraft is provided — without crew, maintenance, or insurance. The lessee operates the aircraft under its own AOC (Air Operator Certificate) and assumes full operational control. This long-term solution is best suited for established operators looking to expand or modernize their fleet with full autonomy.
